Suspected demanded evidence of video proving the act of attempted theft. Suspect later suggested the theft was done due to confusion from her occupation as a male entertainer. A strip search proved that merchandise was on the suspect’s person. She attempts to explain the confusion with demonstration of her work to the LP Officer. An agreement over incident is reached.
